01. The Discovery & Strategy Phase:
The discovery and strategy phase is where we sat down with 1crew for up to four intensive workshops, each six hours long. The purpose of these workshops was to dive deep into their business, target audience, service offering, competitors, and messaging. By gaining a thorough understanding of these aspects, we were able to lay the foundation for the future brand redesign. Our team of experts worked closely with 1crew to uncover valuable business insights and develop a clear vision of the people and ideas that stood behind the brand. This set the stage for us to hit the mark when we designed their new identity, ensuring that it accurately reflected their values and resonated with their target audience. The outcome of the discovery and strategy phase was a well-defined brand strategy that informed all subsequent stages of the project, setting the groundwork for the business transformation that followed

02. Developing the Stylescapes:
Following the discovery and strategy phase, our team of designers began curating three distinct visual stylescapes for 1crew. These stylescapes served as visual representations of our vision for the brand's new identity. Each stylescape was carefully crafted to reflect the insights we had gleaned from the previous workshops and to align with 1crew's values, target audience, and business objectives. After presenting these stylescapes to the client, we worked collaboratively to refine and iterate on the design direction, ultimately selecting one that would serve as the foundation for the brand's new identity. The outcome of this phase was a clear and defined visual direction that informed all subsequent design decisions, setting the stage for the successful implementation of the brand redesign and business transformation.

03. Webflow Website UI UX Design & Development Phase:
With the brand identity established, we moved on to the web design phase. Our approach for the website design was to ensure that it was not only visually appealing but also user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with the visual identity and strategy insights that we created. We applied best practices in UX/UI design, taking into consideration the user's journey through the site, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
